The form is in "fillable" Adobe .PDF format.  That means you should be able to open the file in Adobe Reader and fill in the blanks. 

Please Note that your checks are to be made out to "Texas STARBQ" - NOT to any particular person!

Also, you will need to fill out a ride waiver for the event.  You can save some time at registration by filling it out HERE and printing it - but don't sign it until you come to Tyler to register!
