The form is in "fillable" Adobe .PDF format. That means you Can fill it in from your computer. Then, there are two ways to send it in and pay.
ONE, you can print it out and mail it in per the instructions on the form. Be sure to enclose your check for the proper amount. Please Note that your checks are to be made out to "Texas STARBQ" - NOT to any particular person!
Or, if you want to do everything electronically and have a PayPal account, you can: 1) fill out the form and save it to your computer with a unique name - we recommend "[your last name].pdf. 2) email the file containing the completed form to Betty Foreman, txstarbq@gmail.com, from an email account you use and check regularly. You must attach the completed file to the email you send to Betty! 3) In a day or two, Betty will send a PayPal invoice for the appropriate amount to your email address. 4) Sign onto PayPal and make payment per the invoice. 5) There.
